Bio:
Eddie Navarro made his acting debut in the play production of “A Few Good Men” in the role of William T. Santiago. The preparation of becoming a Marine inspired him to study at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles.
After graduating from the Academy, he continued to study acting and landed lead roles in plays such as “Balm in Gilead” by Lanford Wilson and the challenging role of the tormented yet sensitive young frat college student named Skeeter in Andrew Libby’s “Eavesdropper”, which won the Maggie Award for Best New Play.
His film credits include the Anthony Stabley-directed “Electronica 2”, which had previously won the Audience Award Winner (IPOD Film Festival) and is now the Official Selection of the Miami Underground Film Festival (2009).
He is currently seen onstage at the Beverly Hills Playhouse’s production of the 1950s drama “A Hatful of Rain”, written by the late Michael V. Gazzo.
Eddie is very proud of his upcoming films: "Broken Dreams" (2010) , directed by David Crabtree, soon to hit the festival circuit, and the half-hour mystery drama "As Night Falls" (filming) , directed by Yuval Shrem, in which Eddie is playing the lead role, and for which he co-wrote the story.
